Performance Realization Category™ Review and Needs Analysis:

Based on in-depth discussions with our client, we define the job parameters and expectations for the position. First we evaluate the corporate Performance Realization Category™ position of the Company. We then break down the sales role into "Sales Tasks" to identify  the professional and personal qualifications required for the ideal candidate. We create and agree upon a written profile and project timeline to aid in the process.  We will assist our client in the development of position specifications and job requirements.

 

Candidate Sourcing & Identification:

A research plan is developed to identify potential candidates.  We maintain an active presence on social media; including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. We actively pursue candidate referrals, on-line research of job boards, association groups and industry networking.  We utilize direct marketing and industry / task cold calling.  We target candidates who are not actively searching but are receptive to entertaining  the right opportunity.

 

Evaluation Assessment & Recommendations:

Our goal is to present precisely matched qualified sales professionals who

possess the skills and have demonstrated they can deliver the top line results

required.  Our evaluation process is unique and tailored to each customer's

needs. This ensures that our customers have the widest possible range of

candidates and that those candidates are qualified both in terms of

credentials and history of relevant successes.  Based on the client's

needs, interviews and executive assessments are conducted covering

work experience, reference validation, background checks, behavioral

and psychometric testing and role playing to ensure the candidates

are a match.

We partner with our client to offer consultative support during the

negotiations and we are committed to offering guidance throughout the

process. Our team manages expectations, maintains open communications

with you and the candidates, and facilitates the negotiation process through
